Diplomatic Gate ("we", "us") operates the Diplomatic Gate website and mobile applications. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The mobile apps load the same Diplomatic Gate service and follow this policy.

Account information: when you register, we collect your name, email address, role, and the mission or organization you represent.
Content you submit: updates, events, services, interviews, community posts, comments, and any media or files you upload.
Newsletter data: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the topics or countries you follow.
Usage analytics: we record anonymized events such as page views and interactions to understand how the platform is used. These events are not linked to your identity.
Device push token: if you enable notifications in the mobile app, we store a push notification token provided by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so we can deliver alerts to your device.
To operate the platform, authenticate users, publish and moderate content, and provide the services you request.
