Belarusian Foreign Minister receives Ambassador at large

Belarusian Foreign Minister receives Ambassador at large 5 November 2026 Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, received at his office on the sidelines of the Fourth Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security , Sheikh Abdulaziz Alhinai, Ambassador large at the Foreign Ministry, The meeting reviewed the friendly relations and cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and Belarus, as well as political and security developments in Eurasia and the Middle East. Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to diplomacy and dialogue and to avoiding all forms of escalation. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Nasser Al Harthy, Oman’s Ambassador to Belarus, and the delegation accompanying the Ambassador at large. This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report. Minister in call with Cypriot counterpart 4 November 2026 Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi received a telephone call from Dr Constantinos Kombos, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus. The Ministers discussed cooperation and rapidly evolving regional developments. His Majesty receives Crown Prince of Brunei Darussalam 4 November 2026 His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received His Royal Highness Prince Al Muhtadee Billah, Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office of Brunei Darussalam , at his residence in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei Darussalam. During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two friendly countries and ways to develop investment partnerships in a manner that serves mutual interests and fulfils the aspirations of the two friendly peoples. The meeting was attended by His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs; Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Royal Court; General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nomani, Minister of the Royal Office; and Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi .
