Angolan President João Lourenço received the credentials of Mubarak bin Nasser Al Khalifa as Qatar's nonresident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Angola in Luanda on 26 February 2025.
The diplomat conveyed greetings from Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and the Angolan president returned greetings, the Qatari Foreign Ministry said. Formal presentation of credentials completed a separate step following the earlier reception of a copy at Angola's Foreign Ministry.
