Hungary's President Tamás Sulyok received the credentials of Radi bin Sowayed Al Ajami as Qatar's ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary in Budapest on 16 December 2025.
The Qatari ambassador conveyed greetings from Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and the Hungarian president sent reciprocal greetings, according to Qatar's Foreign Ministry. The ceremony marked formal presentation of credentials and was separate from the ministry's earlier receipt of a copy in November.
