The foreign ministries of Qatar and Paraguay convened their third round of political consultations in Doha on 8 October 2025. Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi led the Qatari delegation, and Paraguayan Foreign Minister Rubén Ramírez led the visiting side.
According to Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the delegations reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support cooperation. The official notice did not identify a treaty, investment pledge or other new agreement resulting from the consultations.
