Ibrahim bin Sultan Al Hashmi, Director of the Media and Communication Department at Qatar’s Foreign Ministry, participated in a discussion hosted by the Arab Cultural House Al Diwan in Berlin on 14 October 2026. The dialogue considered regional and international developments and Qatar’s diplomatic approach to reducing tensions.
The event was a public-dialogue opportunity rather than a formal interstate negotiation. Its relevance lies in explaining diplomatic positions to an international audience through a cultural forum, with the substantive positions attributed to the participating official.
