Belgium's Foreign Ministry director of protocol Pierre Cartuyvels received a copy of the credentials of Talal bin Almas Al Saleh Al Sulaiti as Qatar's ambassador to Belgium in Brussels on 3 December 2025.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry reported the formal handover as part of the ambassador's accreditation process. Receipt of a credentials copy is distinct from presentation of full credentials to Belgium's head of state, which took place later. The account announces no bilateral agreement.
